  If I could rate less than 1 I would!!!!! They definitely don't live up to their name!
  
  My husband surprised me and my daughter by telling me he wanted to take a beach trip for Presidents Day weekend. We searched and found a great condo through Four Star at good price so we booked it for 2/18/17-2/20/17. We checked in at the Summit room 1406 on Saturday 2/18 at 4 pm and settled into our room. Upon arrival we did notice that the room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a few months. Like it had been left vacant with no occupancy. We overlooked all of that because I usually clean where we are going to be staying. First thing I did was check the beds and bedding. It looked fine and no signs of bugs that I could see. We ordered a pizza and continued unpacking and planning what we would do the next day. Our 2 year old daughter went to bed at 7:45pm. We stayed up until about 11 and then joined her for a good nights rest. That is when we saw a bed bug crawling beside her hurrying to try to hide. I got a tissue and squished it. We then tore the sheets off the bed and inspected it. It was at that time we did find signs of more but didn't see anymore live ones. We used flashlights we had brought with us this time to look and that is how we found the signs of more. We packed our bags and headed home at midnight. The management company was contacted by phone and email but was closed. The office at the Summit was closed and we couldn't find anyone on staff there. On Sunday afternoon (2/19) we contacted Four Star again but the girl who answered the phone said she was the only one in the office and that she would contact her manager asap to let him know. It is now Monday 2/20 and we still haven't heard from them. I do not recommend using them to rent a condo. Please don't make the mistake we did.
